Adult classes

 It's time for adults to get into our amazing facility.  This place is not just for kids.  Explore all our gym has to offer!!  You may go barefoot or bring shoes that you do not wear outdoors.  Each class is pay as you go either $10 or $15 each class

Adult Open Gym ($5)
Friday 8-9 p.m.
Come and use our gym.  A coach will be available if you have any questions.   

  Aerobics/ Gymnastics
Thursdays 7-8p.m. ($10)
​Join us for one or two days! You will get your heart pumping in this class all while on on a soft layer of springs. Feel like a kid again while strength training on an array of gymnastics equipment! 

Adult Aerial Silk
Thursdays 7-8 p.m. ($15)
Learn the dynamic skills on the aerial silk with Kim.  Kim can explain each skill and teach you each piece of the move. This will allow you do the seemingly impossible!   Enjoy the freedom in the air.
