Halloween Circus Show 

The show will be 30-minute performance featuring five circus acts.

In addition to your circus acts you will participate in both the first and last acts.

Performances will take place on the first two Saturdays of October.

What to expect:

Silk and Trampoline act will rehearse from 5-6.

Whole cast will rehearse group numbers from 6-7.

Triple trapeze and Adagio acts will rehearse from 7-8.

$180 includes 10 rehearsals and 2 Saturday show days.

Members may participate in up to two acts. (second act is 50% off)

Act Discriptions

• Halloween Silk Act will include ground choreography and aerial silk skills sets to music. We will explore swinging and crossing silks to create large images

• Halloween Trampoline act will fill the whole gym! it will include mini-trampoline, tumble track and full sized trampoline.  Students will do a choreographed group routine set to music.

• Halloween Adagio Tumbling Act is a very fun and energetic act.  Strong bases will swing, toss, and catch a few brave students. There will be a group choreography and gymnastics skills sets to music for this act.

• Halloween Triple Trapeze Act will have a playful vampire theme. Stylistically, it will be very different from the Spring gymnastics performance. Characters will be more clearly defined, new skills will be added.

About the Circus Arts Directors: 

Hannah and Clint Bobzien traveled and performed circus arts for over 25 years.  They owned and operated a large circus arts school in Indiana for 5 years and recently relocated to Alpena to be closer to family (Leah Stafford is her sister.) Clint and Hannah are interested in starting a circus program right here in Alpena!
